  • ¾ cup of all purpose flour
  • ⅛ teaspoon of salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of dry bread crumbs
  • ⅔ cup of grated Romano cheese
  • ¼ cup of minced fresh parsley 
  • a half of teaspoon of garlic salt
  • 2 cans with 8 ounces each the drained and shucked oysters

Ingredients on making Jalapeno mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup of sour cream 
  • 2 medium of jalapeno peppers that needed to be seed and finely chop 
  • 2 tbsp of whole milk

  • Step 1: 

Preheat the oven at 400 degrees (Celcius) or preheat the air-frier at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. In a large and shallow bowl, gently whisk the eggs. In another bowl (we call it B), mix flour, salt and pepper together. In a third bowl (we call it C), combine all the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic salt. 

  • Step 2: 

Coat your oyster with the flour mixture (the B bowl) then gently coat it with the crumb mixture (the C bowl). Place the oysters once by once in a greased baking pan which has drizzled with oil or butter. 

  • Step 3: 

Then, bake your oysters until they’re golden brown, which will take you 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, you can make the Jalapeno Mayonnaise by whisking all the Mayonnaise ingredients in a small bowl.

  • Step 4: 

Serve your oysters with the Jalapeno Mayonnaise. Eat while they’re still hot.

Yes. If you are not going to eat them right away, you can store the dish in a refrigerator for up to 3 days.
