Is shipping fee included in the price?
Shipping fee will be calculated in the Check Out section after you have filled in the delivery address information.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on a number of variables including weight, size and status. Free shipping is applied for order over $100. If you need to give us a call at +1 (207) 844 8343 and we can give you a quote over the phone.
Please note: there is an additional charge to ship to AK and HI, depends on the size of the package. There is no option on the website for additional charge, our staff will contact you after we receive your order.
Can I choose the date of receiving the lobster?
You can choose the allowable delivery date in the Check Out section, especially you can schedule deliveries as far as you like.
Do I need to cook the lobster immediately?
The lobsters delivered to your house are still alive, so their meat is freshest if you cook it right away. If you want to cook the next day, you should store in the refrigerator and do not add fresh water, the fresh water will kill the live lobsters.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to you. On the delivery date you have selected, 1 tracking number will be emailed, helping you to see how your shipment is in transit. However, when a shipment has not been received by our facility shipping partner, you will not be able to track it.
Can I freeze the meat?
You can freeze cooked lobster. As for live or raw lobster, we do not recommend freezing it.
Can I include a gift message?
You just need to leave a message in the delivery description on the payment screen, we will add it to the shipment.
What happens if my lobster(s) arrive dead?
Fishermen's Net prides itself on being trusted and appreciated for providing live lobster with the same quality as its commitment over the years. If for any reason a lobster arrives is not guaranteed, we will base it on a refund policy to handle the most satisfactory. We ask that you take pictures and endeavor to contact us by phone or email on the day of delivery. Pictures can be sent to email@example.com along with your order information and contact information.
What happens if my party is canceled or I need to change the date of delivery?
If you need to change the delivery date or cancel your order, as long as before the scheduled delivery date.
Do I need to be home to receive my packages?
Packages without signature will be on your doorstep.
Can I cancel or modify my shipment?
You can change the quantity of your stock or buy more products for your order, as long as the scheduled delivery date is in advance.
