  • Overnight Delivery: Enjoy next-day delivery on orders placed by 2 PM ET Monday-Friday.
  • Scheduled Delivery: Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout for added convenience.
  • Saturday Delivery: Available in select areas for an additional $20 fee. Contact our customer service for availability.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or outside the U.S.

Packaging and Handling

  • Frozen Items: Packed in reusable boxes with frozen gel ice.
  • Fresh Items: Packed in gel packs.
  • Combined Orders: Packed with gel packs.

Shipping Exceptions and Order Verification

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday.
  • Future Delivery Dates: Orders with a future delivery date ship overnight before the selected date.
  • Saturday Delivery Fee: An additional $20 fee applies for Saturday delivery.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is picked up.
