Farmed from sustainably raised fish, our fish roe for sale are infused with a simple, natural solution of corn syrup, soy sauce, salt and other natural ingredients to change their color or flavor, then frozen to maintain optimal flavor.

What does orange tobiko taste like?

Our tobiko fish roe is small and has a natural vivid, sunset orange color. When serving, you can taste they have a little bit mild, salty and slightly smoky. They crackle and burst into your mouth when chewing them.

How to store orange fish roe?
