Littlenecks clam are the smallest commonly seen on menus and in stores. When raw, their meat is sweet and tender but less meat than other varieties.

You can steam in white wine and garlic broth, and serve it with linguine or spaghetti. That will make a fabulous dish.

In the Vietnamese way, you can steam it with lemongrass, ginger or cook soup for daily meals.
