We are experiencing a very bad weather patterns across the country and in Maine as well. There is no catch of lobster around the coast of Maine that cause a huge spike in lobster price. While we still honor all the orders that has placed, we made some price increases on our live lobster products to keep up with the cost rises. We hope for your understanding and hopefully price will come down soon when there is more catch.

Wondering where to buy cooked lobster meat online? Surely Fishermen's net will fulfill all your needs with lobsters that are pre-cooked on the day of delivery to you and best-preserved to keep fresh meat. Our 100% naturally cooked lobster meat is ready to eat, with absolutely no preservatives.

Raw lobsters need quite a bit of effort to handle, but with fully cooked lobsters you'll just need to reheat and enjoy. Or you can separate the meat and process it into your favorite dishes.

Quality lobster meat comes from the ocean

Fishermen's net lobster has always been grown naturally in the ocean, without antibiotics and hormones. They will be caught every day from the ocean and carefully selected by hand. Lobsters that do not qualify will be returned to the ocean immediately.

After harvesting, we will cook immediately to keep tender flavors and vacuum according to orders. Fresh tail, knuckle, and claw lobster meat (TCK) shipped straight from the cold Atlantic waters to your table. Their meat is authentically plump, and their colors are vivid and pure.

How do you reheat a whole cooked lobster?

To reheat a whole cooked lobster, wrap it in heavy-duty aluminum foil and place it belly-up on a baking tray. Add a pat or two of butter to the foil wrap to keep the lobster moist and reheat for 5 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Some lobster dishes using cooked lobster meat

Some dishes with lobster that you can refer to such as:

  • Lobster Cocktail
  • Lobster with seafood sauce
  • Lobster with herb and garlic butter
  • Lobster with French Lemon Butter Sauce
  • Lobster with Salsa Verde

Distinguish between fresh lobster meat and bad meat

A freshly cooked lobster will have its tail curl and the meat will be somewhat springy and firm; no mushy dried or jelly texture. Bad meat will give off an ammonia odor. Live lobster should be cooked properly, never overcooked or you’ll end up with rubbery and tough meat. The meat should be chilled and used right away or at least within a day or so.

In addition, we also remove lobster shells for you, or when you want to make it your own, we still have live lobsters available, see the Lobster category on the website.

Note: Lobsters are fully cooked, you could serve them cold as are when you receive or you could reheat them if you want.
